Join Dr. Dawn Meyer, PsyD, and me (Ava Keating, LMHCA) for 6 months of in-person group therapy in Seattle. This process group will serve as a relationship laboratory for mental health providers to address burnout, create a shared culture of care, and gain greater self-insight with the support of fellow travelers. The 6-month group will convene weekly for 90 minutes on Wednesday evenings. The group will be limited to 8 participants. The flyer is attached.

What: 6-month group therapy “process group”

Where: in-person in Seattle’s Eastlake neighborhood – 2033 Minor Ave East, Suite 7

When: weekly on Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 pm, September through mid-March (2 weeks off for Winter holidays)

Who: a small group of mental healthcare workers (max 8)

Cost: $50/session.
