Description

When you are feeling highly emotional, anxious, or are struggling in your personal or professional life, it can be difficult to let others know, to make sense of your emotions, and to feel connected and supported by others around you.  This group is a 6 session closed group for women, female-identifying, and non-binary folxs who would like to feel more connected to others through shared-experience, increase trust through testing personal vulnerability in a safe space, and set personal development goals for transitioning what you learn about yourself in group to your personal relationships.  If you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed and would like to join the group, please reach out!

Join us online twice a month for a women’s therapy group.

Let’s listen, share, and connect with other women for emotional support. This group uses DBT and CBT skills along with offering space to practice emotional intimacy and trust building in a safe space.

  • Practice identifying and sharing emotions, triggers, and reactions

  • Connect through shared emotional experiences

  • Practice giving and receiving feedback regarding emotional responses

  • Relate personal patterns in group communication to your relationships and communication outside of group

  • Identify personal strengths and abilities to regulate emotions and communicate effectively with your support systems

  • Learn how to build a reciprocal network of support in your personal and professional life

$450 for the series ($75/session)

This is a virtual group (in person options available based on interest) that meets twice monthly for three months. Small group size (4-6 people) in a cohort creates a safe space for sharing and growing together.
