Finding You is a virtual group for young adult women (ages 18–30) who are ready to explore self-confidence, build self-esteem, and create a vision for the life they want. This is a supportive space where you’ll be guided through skill-building exercises, reflection prompts, and empowering group discussions to help you reconnect with your inner voice and values.

Whether you’re navigating college, new careers, changing relationships, or simply trying to figure out your next step, this group is here to help you feel less stuck—and more you.

The group will meet on Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 PM virtually b  It is facilitated by Meghann Carvin, LMFTA Clinical Intern with Connected Couples Counseling.

You will walk away with:

• Greater clarity about your identity and future goals
• Tools for building confidence and self-worth
• Support from other women navigating similar life questions
