ADHD Support Group | Mondays 6-8 pm Virtual
Description
This ADHD Support Group is thoughtfully designed to help you create structure and move toward the life you desire with evidence-based, neurodivergent-friendly approaches.
Bring all the boring, overwhelming, or hard tasks you experience resistance towards and learn ways to struggle less and live more.
This is a space for individuals who are ready to move away from hustle culture, value the importance of rest and self-care, and want to practice consistency over intensity to achieve meaningful, lasting change.
Date: Every Monday from 6–8 PM (except on holidays) Ends May 30th
Time: 6-8 pm
Location: Virtual
Cost: $10 for the first session, $30 a session after that
Each session includes:
- Goal-setting and check-in
- Personal or professional development presentation
- Processing and resource sharing
- Body doubling (working alongside others to boost productivity)
