Online Autistic Support Group | Spring 2025
Description
This is the first time we are running the group virtually to make it accessible to those in other parts of Washington and to immunocompromised or otherwise disabled Autistics.
As clinicians that work almost exclusively with Autistic and ADHD individuals, we know how lonely people in this population feel. This group is a fantastic way for people to experience feeling understood by people with similar experiences. We’ll discuss topics that a lot of newly diagnosed or discovered individuals want to talk about when starting therapy with us, like “how do I unmask?” and “what does it look like to recover from burnout?”.
The 6 week virtual group will run on Thursdays from March 20th-April 24th from 5:30-7:00 pm. The investment is $540 total.
