Processing groups offer us a unique opportunity to hold and be held in our work within a growth and healing oriented community. In my processing groups, the individuals form a circle in which they mirror, play, experiment, enact, and share in service of personal and group healing. The format is experiential and deeply transformative. These groups are profound tools for healing isolation, working through issues of trust, and building skills that lead to a life of connection and right relationship. Individuals who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, or isolation are welcome to apply. Intake session(s) required. Rolling admission means you can join anytime there is space open in the group.
