This group is for anyone—of all identities and genders—who is thinking about dating but wants to break old patterns, build confidence, and develop healthy relationship skills first. Before stepping into the dating world again, take time to invest in yourself, strengthen your self-esteem, and learn to recognize what you truly deserve. Through skill-building and community support, we’ll help you avoid red flags and create a foundation for fulfilling relationships.

Weekly on Thursdays from 4-5:30 PM virtually beginning April 3rd. This group will remain open unless we fill all 15 spots available and then it will be closed and re-opened when spots are available. The cost is $10 per group.
