BODY IMAGE GROUP FOR HEALING IN COMMUNITY
Description
Great for folks who are struggling to live in the bodies they have, recovering from disordered eating or are a few years in ED recovery, struggling but actively working toward body acceptance and food peace, feel isolated and alone in their desire for a more peaceful relationship with their body.
Our ideal group member has basic even if limited knowledge of HAES, has begun to let go of dieting behaviors and is committed to a different relationship with their body, as they struggle to navigate this thinness-centric, diet culture obsessed world.
Send folks our way for great community building and a supportive space to land.
When: weekly on Thursdays, from March 12-April 23, 2026, 6:30-8 PM PST
